Collect+ is a convenient and affordable parcel delivery service that enables you to use your local neighbourhood store to send parcels to most UK mainland addresses. 3500 stores across the UK offer the Collect+ service, including supermarkets, corner shops and newsagents.
With 99% of these stores open 7 days a week and with opening hours from early morning until late at night, there will be a store that suits you.

Delivery Options and Services
Send from Store, Deliver to address of your choice within 3 – 5 working days.
Note: This service may take longer in remote areas, such as Scottish Highlands, Off-shore islands and Channel Islands.

Collect+ weight and size
Collect+ can carry any parcel that is :
- Weights: 0 – 10 kg
- Size: 50 x 30 x 30cm in size
Transit cover
Each parcel shipped via Collect+ includes a standard level of transit cover of up to £40.
Tracking a parcel
You can track your parcel here by entering the parcel tracking number that can be found in My Account (if you are the delivery booker) or on the parcel label.

If no-one is home when the carrier arrives....
Collect+ use HDN to deliver their parcels to the door. If no-one is home when the carrier arrives, HDN will leave a calling card at your address with instructions on what to do next.
HDN have a web portal that make it easy for you to re-arrange your delivery.
