Overview
Home Delivery Network (HDNL) will collect from residential addresses and deliver to residential addresses throughout most of UK mainland within 48 hours. Note that some UK addresses are considered remote locations and will have a longer delivery time – this will be indicated when you book your parcel.

Delivery Options and Services
Super 48 - Deliver to address of your choice within 48 hours of collection (working days only).
Note: This service may take longer in remote areas, such as Scottish Highlands, Off-shore islands and Channel Islands.
Collection Times
Collection can occur on day of choice on any working day - Monday to Friday only - between 9am and 7pm.
Parcel weight and size
HDNL can carry any parcel that is :
- Weights: 0 – 30kg
- Size: 60 x 60 x 120cm in size.
Insurance
Each parcel shipped via HDNL will include a standard level of compensation of £50.
Tracking a parcel
You can track a parcel on the HDNL website.
Or you can track your parcel here by entering the parcel tracking number that can be found in My Account (if you are the delivery booker) or on the parcel label.
If no-one is home when HDN arrives to collect your parcel....
If no-one is home when the carrier arrives, HDNL will leave a calling card at your address with instructions on what to do next.
HDNL also have a web portal that allows you to re-arrange your collection.
