DPD Global Mail
Overview
This new international delivery service will collect from most UK business or residential address and deliver to any destination across the world.
Delivery Options and Services
The DPD Global Mail service will deliver to :
- European locations within 3 - 7 working days
- Rest of the World within 5 - 11 working days
Collection Times
Collection can occur on any working day - Monday to Friday only - between 8am and 6pm.
Parcel weight and size
DPD Global Mail can carry any parcel that is:
- Weights: Up to 2kg
- Size: Single maximum dimension of 60cm, and sum of dimensions (Height + Width + Depth) NO GREATER than 90cm.
Transit Cover
Transit cover for each package is available from the point of collection to the point of entry into the mail network, in Slough, only. Once the parcel has entered into the mail network, in Slough, transit cover is NOT AVAILABLE for the onward delivery journey to the specificed delivery address (or any subsequent return)
Each parcel shipped via DPD will include a standard level of compensation cover up to £100 from the point of collection to entry into the mail network in Slough.
Tracking a parcel
Each parcel can be tracked from the point of collection to the point of handover into the mail network. Once the item has entered into the mail network, the parcel will no longer be tracked.

If no-one is home when DPD arrives to collect your parcel....
DPD will only attempt to collect your parcel ONCE . In the event that DPD fail to collect your parcel, DPD will leave a calling card at your address to advise that they attempted collection.
In the event that DPD fail to collect your parcel, you will be required to book a new collection if the collection is still required. Senda2b reserves the right to charge the booker for any charges incurred for a failed collection in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Each country’ mail network varies according to the how it operates. Typically a calling card will be left at the recipient's address which will provide information on how to re-arrange or provide alternative arrangements for delivery of the parcel.
