DHL
Overview
DHL will collect from the nominated business or residential address within the time advised, and delivery will be made throughout most of UK mainland according to the service indicated.
Delivery Options and Services
Depending on postcode location, services include:
- Delivery on day of choice before 10am
- Delivery on day of choice before 12 Noon
- Delivery within 24 hours of collection
- Delivery within 48 hours of collection

Collection Times
Collection can occur on day of choice on any working day - Monday to Friday only - between 7.30am and 6pm.
Parcel weight and size
DHL can carry any parcel that is:
- Weights: 0 – 30kg
- Size: 60 x 60 x 90cm in size.
Transit Cover
Each parcel shipped via DHL will include a standard level of compensation of £100 (or £500 for the pre 10am service).
Tracking a parcel
You can track your parcel here by entering the parcel tracking number that can be found in My Account (if you are the delivery booker) or on the parcel label.

Please note that if you use the DHL site to track your parcel, they refer to the parcel tracking number as the “Ident Code”. See below for an example.

If no-one is home when DHL arrives to collect your parcel....
DHL will only attempt to collect your parcel ONCE . In the event that DHL fail to collect your parcel, DHL will leave a calling card at your address to advise that they attempted collection.
In the event that DHL fail to collect your parcel, you will be required to book a new collection if the collection is still required. Senda2b reserves the right to charge the booker for any charges incurred for a failed collection in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
If no-one is home when the parcel is delivered....
DHL will leave a re-delivery card at your address. This will provide a Customer Services phone number for you to call in order to re-arrange the delivery.
